Ashton Kutcher Arrested for Trespassing; Disorderly Conduct

ATLANTA (Disassociated Press) April 24, 2009 – Actor Ashton Kutcher, best known for his role as Michael Kelso on That 70s Show, was arrested last night while attempting to escape from Ted Turner's estate in the affluent Atlanta section of Buckhead.  Kutcher has been charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

"Apparently, Mr. Kutcher was attempting to fulfill a Twitter contest promise to the extreme, fringe element of his fan base, that had launched him to his contest victory," reported Fulton County Sheriff  J.W. Pepper.   Earlier this month, Kutcher had, in a U-Tube video, challenged cable news network CNN to a contest to be the first to one million hits on the new internet technology.  Kutcher promised to "ding dong ditch" Ted Turner's home in Atlanta, if he were to beat CNN to the million hit mark.

"Turner's home is highly securitized with walls, and sophisticated surveillance systems," Pepper explained.  Apparently, with the assistance of two ex-Moussad agents, Kutcher managed to make it to the door bell and ring it; however, the actor, who has never played the role of a spy or action hero, was unable to successfully retreat or "ditch," and the camo and black adorned thespian was apprehended on the scene by private security personnel.

The identity of the former Israeli Special Agents is unknown, and, it is believed, according to Pepper, that they are no longer in the country.
